Legal terms

All the rules for profiles, payments, bonuses and identity checks, printed on a single page.

Rule A · Who may play

Signing up and playing require age 18, or the legal gambling age of your jurisdiction if it's higher. Confirming that online gambling is lawful at your address is up to you.

Rule B · The operator

MAIREKE LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, operates Lucky Boom Casino. These terms are subject to the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

Rule C · Player profile

One profile per person. Enter honest details, keep the account name identical to the payment method name, and guard your login.

  • Further profiles sharing a name, device or payment method can be deleted without warning.
  • Formal requests, self-exclusion and closure included, count only when sent from the registered email.

Rule D · Loading credit

Load credit only from an instrument under your own name. Entry is €20, and €40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit.

  • Card allowance: 10 plays a day, 40 a month; ceilings €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
  • Fiat and crypto sit in separate wallets and cannot be merged.

Rule E · Cashing out and checks

Before every cash-out: full KYC, meaning a government photo ID, a selfie with the document, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, all under one name. AML rules say deposits must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal.

  • The least you can withdraw is €40, and review takes up to 2 business days.
  • Winnings outside jackpots are capped at €20,000 weekly and €50,000 monthly; jackpot wins are not.
  • A payout above a method's single-transaction cap can come in instalments.
  • A withdrawal that's still pending can be called off, and the money returns to your playing balance.

Rule F · Bonuses

Arm each bonus in your profile ahead of the deposit that triggers it; it can't be armed afterwards. One bonus is live at a time.

  • Wagering: ×40 on the welcome credit, ×15 on the first live bonus.
  • Top bet while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 on the first deposit bonus.
  • Score share: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
  • Bonus wins max out at €10,000 across all bonuses, and the post-wagering cash-out maxes out at 10× the starting bonus.
  • Requesting a withdrawal in the middle of a bonus ends that bonus and wipes its balance.

Rule G · Sleeping profiles

After six months in a row without activity, a profile loses €10 a month while it still holds a positive balance.

Rule I · Patches and updates

Terms, bonus rules and limits get patched from time to time, so read the current version before taking an offer. If a translation disagrees with the English text, English wins.
